Holiday Updates

Writer: jasonkredulajasonkredula

My dear friends and clients,

Thank you for working with us during these very trying times. With your cooperation, we were able to maintain our office and continue to serve our clientele with a minimum of disruption of service.

We continue to be available by telephone at 831/753-9127 during workdays from 08:00 A.M. to 12 Noon; then from 01:00 PM to 05:00 PM. If you have questions about anything you receive from the mail, please bring the document to the office by dropping it through the window in our front door. You can then call us about it the next day to give us time to study the document.

If you call the office and was unable to speak to someone, please leave a very specific message so that we can respond to your need promptly. Please do NOT leave a message asking for the status of your case.

If you have concerns about your case and have not spoken to your attorney for some time, I suggest you call the office and get a telephone appointment with your attorney. On the appointed day and time, please be prepared to confer with your attorney. If you are discussing any record, have that record in front of you during the telephone conference. Write your questions down so that you may not forget any pending issues.

The Court continues to hold conferences via Judge Teleconferencing numbers. Ordinarily, you are not required to call in but instead, wait for your attorney to call you, if he/she needs to. Otherwise, we will probably call you and apprise you of the results after the conference.

For trials, it is usually done by telephone or by Lifesize which is video conferencing. Either way, we will prepare you and give you instructions on what to do before the trial.

In the meantime, it is very important that all of us follow the CDC's recommendations to wear masks, social distance and stay home as much as possible.

We will get through this. There is now light at the end of the tunnel. Vaccines are being approved and should be available to all of us next year. I cannot wait to be vaccinated. I have confidence in our scientist and medical experts.

Take care, stay safe at all times and have a wonderful holiday season.

Very sincerely,

Vic, Jason, Vanessa, Brenda and Lily.
